Dr. P. Narayana Reddy worked as Full time Director, School of Commerce and Management Studies REVA University and continuing as visiting professor to guide Research. Before joining, he was the Director National Institute of Tourism and Hospitality Management, Hyderabad. After his post-Graduation in Commerce from S.V. University, Tirupati in 1979, he did his Post Graduate program in Marketing Management. He has Diploma in MM and completed his Ph.D. in Marketing Management in 1985 from S.K. University, Anantapur, Andhra Pradesh. He has 32 years of experience as an Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, Professor and Head of School of management studies of various colleges/universities like Goa University (Goa), SMS CBIT (Hyd) & NITHM.

As an academician, he has published 16 books including marketing research, Research methodology and statistical tools, published by Excel publications and Entrepreneurship-text and cases by Cengage learning India. He has published more than 45 research papers As a researcher he has completed 4 research projects sponsored by U.G.C and ICSSR New Delhi. He guided 12 research students for their Ph.Ds and 7 M.Phils. He attended more than 30 National and International seminars and symposiums and presented papers related to the Education, General Management, and entrepreneurship. He also chaired more than 25 Technical sessions in seminars organized by various Universities and Institutions. He has reviewed four books written by famous authors. He himself organized 25 national seminars, workshops and conferences sponsored by National Institutions like U.G.C. AICTE. New Delhi. He has been associated with more than 25 universities and institutions as member Board of studies, selection committee member, adviser and mentor.

He visited number of Universities in U.S.A, Singapore, Malaysia, and Bhutan and interacted with famous Academicians. He is presently member All India Board of Management Studies All India Council for Technical Education(AICTE), Govt. of India. President of India’s nominee to Central University Rajasthan, Central University Kashmir. Executive Board member, Regional Vice president and Treasurer of Association of Indian Management Schools. He was the organizing committee member appointed by the Ministry of culture and Youth affairs, Govt. of India to celebrate Republic fifty.

He has extensive experience of over 39 years in both industry and management Institutes. He is the member of Governing Body of Sree Vidynikethan Institute of Management. He has developed many innovative marketing strategies for the poultry industry to support rural farmers. He has received training in strategic Management from institutes like IIM Bangalore, IIM Kozhikode, MDI Gurgaon and IIFT New Delhi. His other areas of interest include Ethics and Business Law, and Human Resource Management. A widely travelled man with a practical approach, visited Singapore and Bangkok. He organized two national level seminars on "Management Thoughts from Bhagavad–Gita” sponsored by TTD, Tirupati and presented many research papers in National and International Conferences. He is the co–author of two management text books. He is a resource person for UGC– HRDC, AP Human Resource Development Institutes and visiting faculty for several leading Management Institutes and industries. He is extending consultancy support for Agro based farms in Rayalaseema region for improving economic conditions of farmers. He is the Member of Karnataka State Bar Council Association, Bangalore, All India Poultry Science Association, New Delhi, International Egg Commission, USA, the Indian Science Congress Association, Kolkata. He is a resource person for APHRDI, Bapatla and Srikalahasti to train Andhra Pradesh Government employees.

He is having twenty five years of Teaching and Research experience. He has to his credit, 39 Research Articles published in reputed National and International Management and Commerce Journals and also published two books one is Research and another one is Edited Book. He is Ph.D. thesis adjudicator and also a Reviewer of National and International Journals. He has participated and presented more than 70 papers in both National and International Seminars/Conferences and has been invited as a Chairman to lead Technical Sessions of various Seminars/Conferences.

He has successfully organized two day national seminar on the topic entitled “ROLE OF BANKING AND FINANCE SECTORS IN A TURBULENT GLOBAL SCENARIO”, sponsored by AICTE, New Delhi and also successfully organized two webinars entitled “COMMODITY DERIVATIVES MARKET – A COMPLETE APPROACH” and “SHARPEN THE CV FOR BETER PROMOTION: LINKEDIN WAY” respectively. He has been recognized as research supervisor by the JNTU Anathapuramu and two Ph.D. Research Scholars are pursuing their Ph.D. under his guidance. He is the Member of Board of Studies (BOS) of Government Degree College for Men[Autonomous], Kadapa. His interested areas are: Financial Accounting, Cost Accounting, Management Accounting, Financial Management, Investment Management, Financial Derivatives, Entrepreneurship and Business Laws.

Has 17 years of experience in teaching Management courses. His areas of interest are: Financial Derivatives, Investment Management, Financial Management and International Finance etc. He has qualified in UGC NET & A.P.SET for Lectureship in both management and commerce.

He is a Securities Market Trainer (SMARTs) associated with SEBI to educate both prospective and existing investors about securities market. As a resource person, he empanelled with Securities & Exchange Board of India (SEBI), NCFE, ICAI, BSE & NSE to promote financial education among the public. He is also a certified AMFI mutual fund advisor. He is also a resource person to SVETA (Sri Venkateswara Employees Training Academy, TTD). He has delivered good no. of guest lecturers in the national institutes like REVA University, Benguluru, SRM deemed to be University, Amravati and others.

He has successfully completed three, 12 weeks certificate courses (MOOCs) offered by reputed National institutions like IIT Kanpur, IIT Roorkee and others. He has also completed 03 certificate courses offered by National Institute of Securities Market (NISM) and National Stock Exchange (NSE). He has successfully organized two National webinars on “STOCK INVESTMENT TOOL KIT- EQUITY RESEARCH FROM INVETORS’ POINT OF VIEW” and another webinar on Indian Securities Market- An overview and also organized two weeks FDP on “ Entrepreneurship Development” sponsored by Ni-MSME, Hyderabad.

He has published 1 book, 15 research articles and presented 22 research papers in national and 06 research papers in international conferences. Attended 20 FDP\Refresher courses.He is a recognized research supervisor in Annamalai University, Tamilnadu and one research scholar is doing his Ph.D under his guidance.

Specialized in Marketing Management and Human Resource Management, has 02 years industry and 17 years teaching experience. She has published papers and Case Studies in the area of Marketing, Presented 25 papers in National and international conferences and seminars, Published 10 papers in journals and attended 20 FDPs. She has received the Best Case award organized by the AMITY Conference of Management Cases organized by AMITY University. She is pursuing her PhD in the area of Marketing at Pondicherry Central University. Her areas of interest include Service Marketing and Strategic Management. she is a member of the Indian Science Congress Association and ISTD–Tirupathi Chapter.

Has 08 years of teaching experience in management and engineering students. Her Interested areas are financial management and Human Resource management. She has qualified APSET in Management and Commerce 2014. She has participated in 6 national conferences and 04 international conferences and attended 06 workshops and 03 FDP’s. She has published four research articles in reputed journals. She is a member of Indian Science Congress Association (ISCA) and ISTD.

She has 15 years of teaching experience. Her areas of interest are quantitative analysis, operation research, and Business statistics. She has submitted PhD thesis and awaiting for the award of the Degree of Doctor of Philosophy in Management Studies at Bharatheir University, Coimbatore. She has hands on experience with advanced statistical tools like SPSS, AMOS, PLS Smart. She has qualified in UGC–NET and AP SET. She has presented a good number of papers at national and international seminars and conferences. She has also published research articles in reputed journals.

She attended one “Train the Trainer” program and Presented seminar on Life Skills. Currently she is handling soft skills and Communication Skills to the students’ community. He did Ph.D. from KLU Business School, KL University,Vijayawada. He is having 10 years of teaching experience. He has to his credit 17 Research Articles published in reputed National and International Journals. He has participated and presented more than 5 papers in both National and International Seminars/Conferences and also attended more than 35 workshops/FDPS organized by various reputed organizations. He has also participated in more than 50 seminars / webinars organized by various reputed organizations. He has also attended in 3 Short Term Trainingprograms.

He has successfully acted as Co-coordinator for the 01 two day national webinar on “Commodity Derivative market –a Complete Approach” at SVIM Tirupati. He is a ratified as Assistant Professor by both JNTUH AND JNTU Anantapur.
