He has extensive experience of over36 years in both industry and management institutes. He developed many innovative marketing strategies for poultry industry. He received training in strategic Management in different IIM’s, MDI and IIFT, New Delhi. His other areas of interest include Ethics and Business Law, and Human Resource Management. A widely travelled man with practical approach, visited Singapore and Bangkok. He organized a national level seminar and presented many papers in National and International Seminars. He is co–author for two management text books. He is a resource person for UGC–Academic Staff College and visiting faculty for several educational institutions and industries. Extending consultancy support for Agro based farms in Rayalaseema areas for improving economic conditions of farmers. Member of Karnataka State Bar Council Association, Bangalore, All India Poultry Science Association, New Delhi, International Egg Commission, USA, The Indian Science Congress Association, Kolkata and ISTD.

His areas of interest in teaching are: Financial Derivatives, International Financial Management, Investment and Portfolio Management, Quantitative Techniques, Data Analysis Methods and Operations Research. He has 33 research papers and Three books to his credit. He has attended 38 National and 06 International Conferences and Seminars and presented papers. He has organized 02 National Level Seminars. He has 19 years of teaching experience. He is the member of All India Commerce Association and Indian Science Congress Association.. He is a resource person of MCA (Ministry of Corporate Affairs) to promote financial education among universities. He is presently guiding three PhD research scholars.

Basically a Production Engineer having IT Corporate experience and Certification in Test Management, he is expert in teaching Systems, Operations and General Management subjects. During his tenure as faculty, he has experience working as Admissions Coordinator, ERP coordinator and Exam Coordinator for MBA Department.

Adopting Industrial oriented Pedagogy; he has organized Industrial Visits for Students to manufacturing facilities of Hyundai, Chennai and Blue Star, Mumbai. To improve the skills of students, he has organized Value Added Programs on Enterprise Resource Planning, Project Management and Total Quality Management. . He has attended 3 International Conferences and 1 Faculty Development Program. His Certifications includes ISTQB Advanced Level – Test Manager Certification in Software Test Management and Project Management Professional Certification from PMI. Currently he is pursuing PhD in the area of Software Test Management from Hindustan University, Chennai.
